Eating habits and health has big relevant. Here are some unhealthy eating habits which you should give up to avoid obesity
Do not eat breakfast
Many people think that cut the number of meals will cut fat. Others are too busy, do not have time to eat breakfast, or save money so they combine breakfast with lunch. However, in fact, do not have breakfast, the body will be tired and need extra energy on other times, such as eating more at lunch or dinner, eat more meals, eat snacks...to offset the shortage of energy, the result is weight increase.
Dinner too full

Take part in too many parties
When many people eating together, the meal becomes fun and last longer. You feel comfortable, fun and forget the full, so you eat more.
Watch TV when eating
Watch TV  when eating is also not good eating habits . It keeps you entertained while eating, make you feel comfortable so you forget full sense, specially it is bad eating habits in children.
